    Love keeping your car spotless without the hassle? Wally Wash Membership is the perfect choice for you! With our 24/7 automatic touch-free car wash, you can enjoy a sparkling clean ride anytime while saving time and money.

    Easy To Use

    Using our app, members just pull up to the kiosk and scan their app at the paystation. License plate recognition (LPR) cameras, will validate your wash to make sure it's you!

    Easy Plan Management
    To modify or cancel your plan, simply log into the Wally Wash mobile app prior to your next monthly installment and make the adjustments you need.
    • What are the benefits to a monthly membership?

      Your pass includes 30 washes per month for a single vehicle. 


      To add an additional vehicle to your plan, login and select “add vehicle” in your app. The more vehicles on your plan, the bigger the discount per wash!


      Passes are easy to manage because they automatically renew each month and reload you back to 30 washes per vehicle.

    • How do I enroll more vehicles?

      You can add a vehicle to your plan directly within the Wally Wash Car Wash app! 

    • How does it work?

      Once you have activated a plan, have all users download the Wally Wash app to their respective phones. They will log in with the main account credentials. 


      Each driver will pull up to the Wally Wash Car Wash pay station, open the app and scan the QR code within the app at the paystation. Our system will read your QR code and send you in to clean your vehicle!

    • Is this an automatic charge to my credit card?

      Yes! Think of this as Netflix for carwashes. Put a card on file, it's charged once every 30 days, you can cancel anytime you like. 


      You will see this charge every 30 days on your statement unless you decide to cancel. You can cancel anytime!

    • What if I want to cancel?

      Cancel or suspend your membership at any time! 


      To sign up it means you understand this is a recurring payment that will continue until you cancel and/or terminate this agreement on our app. Please keep in mind that any changes, cancellations, or upgrades will need to be submitted and upgraded with seven-day time prior to your next billing date to make sure the following month is the wash program you choose. 


      No cash value. No refunds for partial washes or unused washes. Also, Wally Wash Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program and any specific memberships at will at any time.

    • What if I want to change plans?

      Please reach out to us directly to change your plan, we'll get you taken care of of!

    • I got a new car, or want to remove/change a vehicle? What do I do?

      No problem! Just update your vheicle info directly in the app, under "manage pass"

    • Do I need to renew my plan every month?

      Nope! We try to make your wash membership as easy as possible. We only need to hear from you if you want to change your wash plan, if you want to change your credit card, if you want to add another car to your unlimited wash plan, or if you want to cancel. 


      Otherwise, we hope to see you at the wash as much as possible and taking advantage of your unlimited washes. 

    • How am I billed?

      One monthly payment covers all the vehicles on your plan. The car will show up on file. We do require all vehciles to be charged on the same card and have to live at the same address and/or same last name.

    • How do I update my credit Card

      Updating your payment information is a breeze in the Wally Wash app! Click here for a video tutorial to help walk you through the process.

    • What are the terms of service?

      Monthly wash pass provides a package of washes (and vacuum credits where available) on a monthly basis in each month that the pass is renewed. The monthly wash pass automatically renews until Customer cancels the service via the app. Operator reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the program as it feels necessary. Membership can be cancelled at anytime. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. 


      Operator reserves the right to close the wash at times due to adverse weather conditions or due to maintenance with or without notice. The monthly wash pass price is per vehicle washed at our facilities. Customer understands that washing another vehicle with your monthly wash pass bar code will result in that vehicle being added to your monthly wash pass family plan automatically and agrees to the associated increase in monthly charges. By enrolling in the monthly wash pass program, I agree that the credit/debit card provided can be charged automatically via auto renewal. I also agree that I waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related charges, whether as described in my agreement with the card issuer or otherwise. 


      The monthly wash pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions. By subscribing to the monthly wash pass service, I hereby grant the car wash operator, and its supplier, Dencar Technology Inc, non-revocable permission to capture my image and likeness in photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media (collectively “Images”). 


      I acknowledge that Dencar Technology Inc will own such Images and further grant the Dencar Technology permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to its business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by Dencar Technology prior to its use. 


      I forever release and hold Dencar Technology harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.
